Who this policy covers

This website provides information about TPOWER: game guides, 4D results and links to the TPOWER platform. It has no player accounts, and it does not ask you to register, deposit or play here. When you tap Register, Login or a download button, you leave this site for the TPOWER platform or its app, which handles your account, payments and personal details under its own terms. This policy does not cover the platform.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of this website, whose details are on our about page.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site.

Server logs. Like most websites, our servers record technical details of each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser and device type, the page that referred you, and any error that occurred.
Cookies and similar technologies. Small files or browser storage entries that help the site work properly and keep it secure.
Analytics, when enabled. When analytics is switched on, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It records information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location based on your IP address, your device and browser, and which buttons you tap, such as Register or Download. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart.
Content delivery and security. The site is delivered through Cloudflare's content delivery network, which processes your IP address and request details to serve pages and protect the site against attacks and abuse. Cloudflare may set cookies that are needed for this protection.
Messages you send us. If you contact live support or email us, we receive what you send, such as your TPOWER ID, your contact details and your message. The provider of the support channel also processes the conversation under its own privacy terms.

This site does not ask you to enter your IC number, bank details or password, and you should never send them to us in a message.

How we use it

To deliver pages and keep the site running, secure and free of abuse.
To find and fix errors.
To understand which pages and guides are useful, and to improve them.
To measure how often buttons such as Register and Download are used.
To answer your messages and help with your request.
To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests from the authorities.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, and only for the purposes above:

our hosting provider, which stores and runs the site;
Cloudflare, which delivers and protects it;
Google, when analytics is enabled;
the provider of our live support channel, when you contact us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect our rights, our visitors or the public. We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers process data outside Malaysia, and we choose providers that apply appropriate security measures to it.

How long we keep it

Server and security logs: for the limited period needed for security and troubleshooting, after which they are deleted or overwritten.
Analytics data: for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which it is deleted automatically.
Messages: for as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep a record of it.

Cookies stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them.

Your choices about cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies that the site needs may stop parts of it from working. You can also stop Google Analytics from recording your visits with the opt-out browser add-on that Google provides.

Your rights under the PDPA 2010

Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 gives you rights over your personal data. You can:

ask whether we hold personal data about you and request a copy of it;
ask us to correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date;
withdraw your consent to our processing, where we rely on your consent;
ask us not to use your data for direct marketing.

To make a request, reach us through the contact page. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it, and we will respond within the time the Act allows.

Security

Every page on this site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please never put sensitive details such as a password or payment PIN in a message.

Children

This website is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

This site links to the TPOWER platform, to the support channel and to outside organisations such as help services. Once you leave this site, their own privacy policies apply.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The current version is always the one on this page, so please check it from time to time.
