How to install the TPOWER APK

Step 1: Download the APK

Tap Download for Android on this page. Your browser saves the TPOWER APK to your phone, usually in the Downloads folder. If the browser warns about this type of file, check that the download started from this page, then confirm to keep it.

Step 2: Allow your browser to install apps

Android blocks apps from outside the Play Store until you give permission. When the prompt appears, tap Settings, switch on the option for your browser — often called Install unknown apps or Allow from this source — and go back.

Step 3: Open the file and install

Tap the downloaded file, from the notification bar or the Downloads folder, and choose Install. Wait for the message that the app is installed, then tap Open or Done.

Step 4: Open TPOWER and sign in

Find TPOWER on your home screen or in the app drawer and sign in with your TPOWER ID and password, or register if you are new. You can now switch the install permission from step 2 off again.

Use the browser you normally use on your phone, such as Chrome.
Make sure there is some free storage and a steady connection, so the file downloads in full.
Download only with the button on this page, never from files shared in chats or on other websites. Our download hub explains why.

Troubleshooting

"App not installed"

This usually means an older copy of the app is still on the phone, or the phone is short of storage. Uninstall the old TPOWER app, free up some space, then download and install again with the button on this page. Afterwards, sign in with your usual TPOWER ID and password.

"There was a problem parsing the package"

The file did not download completely, or it does not suit your version of Android. Delete the file, download it again on a steady connection and try once more. If the message comes back, contact live support with your phone model and Android version.

Play Protect shows a warning

Google Play Protect checks apps installed from outside the Play Store and may warn you about them. Make sure the file came from the button on this page. If you are not sure where a file came from, do not install it — download a fresh copy here or ask live support first.

You cannot find the downloaded file

Open your phone's Files or My Files app and look in Downloads, or open your browser menu and tap Downloads.

The app stopped opening

Install the latest version from this page. If it still will not open, uninstall it, restart the phone and install again.
